Why was Dealerz Academy created?

Dealerz Academy was built to make higher education more human.

We saw that students — especially those from first-generation and justice-impacted backgrounds — were struggling not from lack of intelligence, but lack of belonging, balance, and purpose.

Our programs help students reconnect to themselves, their vision, and their community.

Who are your programs designed for?

Our programs serve students and emerging leaders ages 17–30, including first-generation, transfer, and returning students, as well as those impacted by incarceration or systemic barriers.

We also partner with universities, athletic departments, and reentry programs to support student wellness, leadership, and retention.

What makes the WELL Lab different from other leadership programs?

Most leadership programs focus on achievement — the WELL Lab begins with alignment.

We don’t just teach skills; we help students design who they want to become and how to lead from a place of balance, clarity, and purpose.

The WELL Lab blends wellness, reflection, and leadership design into one experience — built for first-generation, returning, and justice-impacted students who often carry more than a course load.
